Grease
Description
Grease is a semi-solid lubricant specially formulated to reduce friction, minimize wear, and protect moving parts from corrosion, heat, moisture, and contamination. It consists of base oil, thickener, and performance additives, making it ideal for applications where liquid lubricants cannot stay in place. Greases are widely used across industrial, automotive, mechanical, and heavy-duty applications to ensure smooth operation and extended equipment life.

Types of Grease Available
1. Multipurpose Grease

2. Lithium Grease
Most commonly used grease offering excellent water resistance, thermal stability, and mechanical performance. Ideal for bearings, chassis, and industrial machinery.
3. Lithium Complex Grease
Designed for high-temperature and heavy-load applications. Offers superior oxidation resistance and longer service life.
4. Calcium Grease
Provides excellent water resistance and corrosion protection. Commonly used in marine, agricultural, and wet-condition applications.
5. Calcium Sulphonate Grease
High-load carrying capacity with excellent rust and water resistance. Suitable for steel plants, mining, and heavy industries.
6. High Temperature Grease
Formulated to withstand extreme temperatures without breakdown. Ideal for furnaces, ovens, and high-speed bearings.
7. EP (Extreme Pressure) Grease
Contains special additives to handle heavy shock loads and high-pressure conditions. Used in gears, heavy machinery, and construction equipment.
8. Graphite Grease
Enriched with graphite for lubrication under high load and slow-speed applications. Commonly used in open gears and heavy mechanisms.
9. Moly (MoS₂) Grease
Contains molybdenum disulphide for excellent wear protection under extreme pressure and vibration.
10. Food Grade Grease (NSF Approved)
Safe for incidental food contact. Used in food processing, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries.
11. Marine Grease
Specially formulated for wet and corrosive environments. Offers superior resistance to saltwater and moisture.
12. Synthetic Grease
